By using Ferocity you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ferocity provides exercise tracking, workout records, routines, progress information, optional health-platform integration and optional subscription features. Availability depends on your device, version, permissions and subscription.
Ferocity is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Guidance, analysis and estimates are general fitness information, not individualized medical advice. Exercise carries risks. Use reasonable judgment and consult a qualified health professional when appropriate.
Use the app lawfully, provide information you are entitled to provide, protect your device and files, and make your own decisions about exercise and training. Source data from connected devices and health services can be delayed, missing or inaccurate.
Health Connect and Apple Health access is optional, and the connected platform controls permissions and source records. Refer to our Privacy Policy and Health Data Management & Deletion.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, trial offers if offered, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation information are shown in the relevant purchase flow. Payment, renewals, refunds and subscription management are generally handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their applicable terms and consumer-protection laws. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Ferocity branding, software and original app content belong to Foqsd LLC or its licensors. You retain any rights you have in information you enter; Ferocity processes it to provide the app’s features.
We may update or change app features to maintain functionality, compatibility and security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, third-party data accuracy or particular fitness results. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes nonwaivable rights or liabilities, including applicable consumer rights.
You can stop using Ferocity at any time. Uninstalling does not necessarily delete backups or third-party records and does not cancel subscriptions. We may restrict use where reasonably needed for lawful, secure operation. We may update these Terms and provide additional notice or seek agreement when required by law.
